• Life is a canvas of many strokes where shades from different palettes meet into a picture so concrete that some forget it is their own, so become framed themselves.
•    If you paint in your mind a picture of bright and happy expectations, you put yourself into a condition conducive to your goal.
• Hold a picture of yourself long and steadily enough in your mind's eye and you will be drawn toward it.  
•  Your purpose is to make your audience see what you saw, hear what you heard, feel what you felt. Relevant detail, couched in concrete, colorful language, is the best way to recreate the incident as it happened and to picture it for the audience.
